We are happy to replace/exchange if you think another style suits you best with the 90 Day Return Period!
What do you need to do?
1) Send Support@Crann.co an email (Just forward your order email and explain whats the issue I.E. lifetime warranty or replacement or refund)
2) Send your Crann's (Plus the case) to -
Crann Goods Ltd, Hammondstown, Clonalvy, Co. Meath, A42 RK29.
3) Our team will review the condition of the Crann's.
4) Once we have approved the returned item, we will ship your new Crann's or offer you a full refund*.
*Refund is not included on the Lifetime Warranty!
