Returns & Warranty
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Crann products are protected by a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects. This covers the materials and workmanship. This does not cover breaks and cracks from misuse.
Warranty covers material and manufacturing defects existing at the time of the purchase of the watch. The warranty only comes into force if the proof of purchase is shown, with a valid payment of receipt. During the warranty period and by presenting the proof of purchase, you will have the right to have any manufacturing defect repaired free of charge.
The Crann warranty does not cover: normal wear and tear or deterioration as well as water or fire damage, the life of the battery (watches), damage to links (watches), lack of care or negligence in handling, glass (watches), strap (watches), loss or theft and damage caused by a third party repairs.

AFTER 12 MONTHS? Don't worry we want to help:
We at Crann know that life happens, it could be stepping on your sunglasses or your watch, sitting on them, dog eats them, dropped off a mountain etc... To help out with this you can return your broken sunglasses or watch (If you have it no matter the condition) within 12 months of the purchase date along with proof of purchase (Your email is all we need) and be given a unique discount code that will give you 50% off a new pair.
